Mahajan Overseas is the parent company that owns the brand Maspar which is one of India's leading brands in home furnishing and decor. The company has a strong production background based out of various factories in Panipat, Haryana. The brand intends to consolidate their production facilities under one roof. We propose a scalable architectural program where the complete scope & FAR is divided into three identical buildings if 65,000sqft each. The buildings have been designed to be energy efficient by virtue of the planning, the materials used and the proportions.
