We have been working with the MASPAR group for now over a decade, designing their retail outlets, their offices and in 2016, we were given the opportunity to design their new facility in Barhi, Sonepat on a land parcel of 4 acres. We designed the FAR available to us as a series of 3 buildings, starting with this 1,15,000sqft climate responsive building that houses some of their production and offices. Awarded silver at the time of completion, the rating was upgraded to Gold last year, making it one of handful of buildings of this nature to be awarded such. We are currently designing their next phase which is being designed to surpass the climatic efficiencies achieved in this.
