This was one of Delhi government's more successful redevelopment project of an existing marketplace. Parsvnath Builders partnered with Redfort Capital to develop this mixed use project in the heart of central Delhi.

This project was the first of two phases staged as a part of the complete redevelopment of the older Furniture Trader's market that existed before.
